All work completed by Regent5 includes a one-year limited warranty covering both equipment and installation. If a problem arises during this period, our team will work to diagnose the issue and restore system performance.
The goal of our warranty program is to ensure that newly installed systems perform reliably after project completion.
What Our Warranty Covers
The Regent5 warranty typically covers issues related to:
• equipment malfunctions following installation
• programming or configuration issues
• wiring or cabling problems related to installation
• defective equipment installed as part of the project
Our technicians will diagnose the issue and determine the appropriate repair or replacement.
What Is Not Covered
Some issues fall outside the scope of the installation warranty, including:
• power outages or utility disruptions
• service interruptions from internet or cable providers
• physical damage caused by third parties
• modifications made to the system after installation
If issues occur outside warranty coverage, our team can still assist through standard service appointments.
Ongoing Service & Support
Beyond the warranty period, Regent5 offers service visits to troubleshoot and repair technology systems throughout the home.
