Design Coordinator (Full Time)- Regent 5, LLC, 1300 Industrial Rd, #12, San Carlos, CA 94070.

Support the preparation and coordination of technical drawings, diagrams, construction documents, and 3D models for design projects. Produce and update as-built drawings, incorporating field changes and coordinating with engineers, contractors, and installers. Assist in preparing construction drawing sets, specifications, and project schedules to clearly communicate design details to field staff. Conduct site visits to verify field conditions, review code compliance, and redline drawings as needed. Apply knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and safety standards to ensure project designs comply with applicable regulations. Maintain version control and document management systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of project outputs. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet deadlines, quality standards, and project milestones. Contribute to branding and visual communication efforts, ensuring consistency across design outputs and client deliverables following company branding standards. Assist with updating company website content and organizing digital assets, including graphics and project imagery. Requires a bachelor’s degree in architectural or interior design or a closed related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Strong visualization and documentation skills, including preparing and assisting with (SD) schematic design, (DD) design development, construction documents (CD), and as-built drawings; Portfolio demonstrating design coordination and drawing examples; Knowledge of building codes, ADA requirements, and general safety compliance. Electricians Needed

Job Duties:

  • Wire electrical circuits for residential and commercial buildings per code.
  • Provide Electrical Main Panel & Sub Panel service and installation.
  • Install residential and commercial lighting systems.
  • Prepare and install electrical components.
  • Perform pipe bending and EMT installations.
  • Ability to use digital voltage tools, such as clamp meters and volt meters.
  • Read blueprints and electrical drawings and install as specified.
  • Use laptops and tablets for digital documentation.
  • Verify elevations, dimensions, alignments, and clearances per plans.

Physical Requirements:

  • Climbing ladders and steep stairs.
  • Crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching.
  • Able to routinely lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds; pushing and pulling of objects is required.
  • Repetitive use of arms, hands, and fingers.
  • Physical work is a primary part (more than 70%) of the job.
  • Job requires working in all elements, depending on job location, time of year, heat, cold, rain, snow.
  • Wear personal protective equipment: hard hat, safety glasses, and safety vest when needed.
  • Able to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, and overtime as required.
  • Must be proficient in all types of electrical installations and wiring methods.

Lead Low Voltage Technician

Regent5 is a specialty electronics design and integration company focused on high-end residential and commercial projects. We specialize in the design, installation, and maintenance of building automation systems, security and surveillance components, lighting control, distributed audio-video, home theaters, conference rooms, automated roller shading, environmental controls, and networking products and services.

Job Functions:

  • Cable and wire termination.
  • Rack design and setup.
  • Network setup and configuration, including installation of routers, switches, and wireless access points (Cisco Meraki/Araknis/Ruckus/Ubiquiti).
  • Installation of various AV, Security, Networking, and Control equipment.
  • Experience programming systems such as Savant, Control4, or Lutron.
  • Experience using a PC or Mac machine.
  • Programming of automation and control systems.
  • Creating and drafting project reports.
  • Service of equipment and troubleshooting.
  • The ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs of equipment.
  • Climbing ladders and use of power tools.

  • An understanding of signal flows and troubleshooting skills, and use of digital volt meters and cable signal testers.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills. (Ability to accurately document work, write detailed reports, and communicate with customers and peers in clear and precise writing.)
