2) A remote troubleshooting devices are required and billed separately to service plan. Please consult your Service Technician to confirm that your system can be supported remotely.
3) Regent5 takes privacy and security very seriously. Our system monitoring tool allows us only to see the status of a device on the network. Nothing else. There is no access to your content or data. Devices appear as either online or offline.
4) Loaner components provided as available, and may not match size, fit, or finish of original product. Does not include custom manufactured or specialty products.
5) Response time is defines as time for replying and acknowledging service requests, and not on site deployment or troubleshooting of issues or hardware defects.
