Regent5 designs, installs and supports Anthem processors, receivers, amplifiers and ARC Genesis room correction across the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California. Select engagements extend to Santa Barbara, the Los Angeles area, and Orange County. Projects include private cinemas and media rooms in custom homes and estates, from system design through in-room calibration and long-term service.
Both are current 8K-capable Anthem A/V processors with ARC Genesis and immersive audio. AVM 90 is the flagship 15.4-channel model and provides additional subwoofer processing and higher-level audio design, while AVM 70 is a 15.2-channel platform. Regent5 selects between them from channel count, subwoofer architecture, speaker system, room goals, and budget.
An AVM processor is appropriate when the theater will use separate power amplifiers and needs maximum channel and system flexibility. MRX receivers combine processing with onboard amplification and can be more efficient for many rooms. The decision depends on speaker count, speaker load, target volume, rack space, upgrade plans, and budget.
ARC Genesis is Anthem's measurement and room-correction software for compatible products. It uses microphone measurements from multiple positions to create correction filters and target curves that address room-related frequency-response problems. Regent5 also verifies speaker placement, crossover choices, subwoofer placement, phase, and levels because calibration works best when the physical system is designed correctly first. AVM 90 provides four subwoofer channels, while MRX 1140 includes independent subwoofer outputs and ARC tools for multi-subwoofer systems.
Yes. Regent5 is an Anthem dealer. Regent5 can design, install, calibrate and service Anthem processors, receivers, amplifiers and ARC Genesis systems as part of a complete cinema or media room. Scope can include speakers, subwoofers, projectors or televisions, sources, HDMI or fiber, networking, racks, power, automation, programming and final acoustic calibration.
Cost depends on the Anthem processor or receiver, amplification, speaker and subwoofer count, projector or television, sources, rack and power, cabling, networking, automation, acoustic work, programming, ARC calibration and room construction. A receiver-based media room and a 15-channel processor-based private cinema have very different scopes, so design is required for a meaningful installed budget. Yes. Regent5 can assess ARC profiles, speaker settings, subwoofer behavior, firmware, HDMI handshakes, sources, amplifiers, network connectivity, triggers, control programming, rack thermals, and the display or projector. The goal is to identify the failing part of the system before recommending equipment replacement.
