Yes. The Savant App supports user-created scenes and automations. Available triggers and actions depend on the services and devices configured in the project.
Yes. Current Savant Power Storage platforms can support partial or whole-home backup configurations when engineered around service size, battery capacity, loads, solar and generator requirements. Savant Power also adds circuit-level energy monitoring and controllable loads through Power Modules and Power Director.
Yes. Regent5 is an authorized Savant dealer. We design, program, install and service Savant systems for custom homes, estates and select commercial properties from our San Carlos design center, across San Francisco, the Peninsula, the North Bay, South Bay, and East Bay, Wine Country, and the Carmel and Monterey area. The design center is at 1300 Industrial Road, Suite 12, San Carlos.
It depends on the scope. Room count, lighting loads, shade groups, audio and video zones, room interfaces, Savant Power scope, network design, and whether the house is new construction or already finished drive the number. A figure without drawings or an existing-system review would mislead more than it helps. The useful first step is a conversation at our San Carlos design center, where we can review the property and turn the requirements into a specification.
Yes. Regent5 takes over Savant systems installed by other companies, including homes where the original dealer is no longer available, and assesses the controller, programming, network, AV, lighting and connected services before recommending stabilization, documentation or modernization.
