AT&T Fiber, Sonic, Xfinity and Starlink integrated with gateways, firewalls and multi-gig networks across the property.
Carriers deliver service to their equipment, but they often do not design the property's interior network, extend fiber between buildings, replace inadequate cabling, configure enterprise firewalls or solve Wi-Fi across a large estate. Regent5 takes responsibility for the infrastructure beyond the provider handoff.
Estate Wi-Fi & FiberRegent5 integrates common Bay Area providers into professional network architecture. On AT&T Fiber, a BGW320 gateway can use IP Passthrough so a customer-owned firewall receives the public address. On Sonic, the fiber ONT provides an Ethernet handoff to the customer network. On Xfinity, Bridge Mode can disable the gateway's router function so a customer-owned router or firewall can take over routing. Regent5 can mount and cable Starlink and configure it as a failover WAN where appropriate.
Wi-Fi DiagnosticsA fast fiber subscription can still be throttled by 1-gigabit switches, old copper, weak uplinks, underpowered gateways or access points. Regent5 evaluates the complete path from provider handoff through firewall, switching, cabling and Wi-Fi so the internal network is sized for the bandwidth being purchased.
Managed IT & CybersecurityGuest houses, pool houses, detached offices, gatehouses and equipment buildings often need fiber because of distance, bandwidth, electrical isolation or future growth. We plan routes, conduit, termination, switching and backup power so remote structures operate as part of one managed network.
Structured Wiring & FiberFor properties that depend on remote access, security, automation, home offices or cloud services, a second internet path can reduce the impact of provider outages. Regent5 can design dual-WAN environments using fiber, cable or Starlink with gateway failover and critical-network priorities appropriate to the property.
Ubiquiti UniFiThe internet connection is also the security edge of the estate. We coordinate firewall policy, network segmentation, guest networks, cameras, automation, IoT devices, remote-management access and VPN requirements so speed improvements do not come at the expense of control or serviceability.

Regent5 supports custom homes, estates, multi-building properties and selected offices across Northern California, including San Francisco (Pacific Heights, Sea Cliff, Presidio Heights, Noe Valley and Russian Hill), the Peninsula, South Bay, East Bay, Marin, Wine Country and Carmel/Monterey.
Commercial Wi-Fi & Network SupportThe goal is to make the provider connection part of a complete, supportable network rather than an isolated modem or gateway at one corner of the property.
ONT, modem, gateway or Starlink handoff location reviewed against the property's equipment-room, cabling and serviceability requirements.
Customer-owned routing, firewall, VPN, remote-access and dual-WAN requirements coordinated with provider equipment and supported passthrough or bridge modes.
Switching and uplinks sized so faster fiber services are not constrained by legacy 1-gigabit bottlenecks inside the property.
Fiber and copper pathways, terminations and distribution planned from the provider entrance to racks, remote buildings and critical network locations.
Secondary fiber, cable or Starlink connectivity designed with gateway failover and priorities for security, remote access, automation and other critical services.
Wireless architecture matched to the actual internet speed and client density so faster service is useful beyond the rack.
Owner, guest, camera, automation, IoT and staff networks segmented where appropriate for security, management and troubleshooting.
Fiber or point-to-point links, remote switching and backup power designed for guest houses, gates, offices, pool houses and other detached structures.
Gateways, firewalls, switches, ONTs and critical access points identified for UPS or backup-power support so short outages do not immediately drop the property offline.
WAN throughput, gateway performance, uplinks and critical client areas tested after deployment, with network and account documentation prepared for long-term support.
Where we work.
Regent5 integrates fiber, cable and satellite internet with professionally designed network infrastructure for large homes, estates and selected commercial properties throughout Northern California. Select engagements extend to Santa Barbara, the Los Angeles area, and Orange County.
Yes. Starlink can be integrated as a primary or secondary WAN where appropriate, with automatic failover and routing handled by the property's gateway or firewall. Multi-WAN designs can combine fiber, cable and Starlink where appropriate, with failover and traffic priorities configured around the property's critical services.
The provider speed may exceed the capacity of the existing router, switches, cabling, uplinks or Wi-Fi. We test the entire path from the provider handoff to the client device and identify the limiting component.
Yes. We can separate provider-side problems from local gateway, cabling, switching, DNS, Wi-Fi or power issues and document what is failing before recommending changes.
Regent5 serves complex residential projects across the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California, including the Peninsula, San Francisco, South Bay, East Bay, Marin, Napa, Sonoma and Carmel/Monterey.
It is a fair question, but the cost depends on everything between the provider handoff and the devices. The gateway or firewall, the number of internet connections and failover rules, switching, structured cabling, fiber between buildings and Wi-Fi coverage all drive the number. A figure without drawings or a site visit would mislead. The useful first step is a consultation at the Regent5 Showroom & Design Center in San Carlos.
Yes. Provider installation usually stops at its own equipment. Regent5 can extend that service through the property with gateways, firewalls, switching, structured cabling, fiber, Wi-Fi and remote-building connectivity.
