For larger projects, Regent5 can carry the design, drawings, electrical scope, fixture coordination and installation through commissioning. Permit and inspection requirements are addressed according to the actual electrical work and local jurisdiction rather than treated as an afterthought.

Yes. Existing properties can often be upgraded with new fixtures, controls and wiring, but access, trenching, mature landscape and finished hardscape affect the design. Regent5 surveys the site first so routes and fixture locations can be planned with minimal disruption.
Both can be appropriate. Low-voltage systems are common for landscape fixtures and can be flexible for zoning and future changes, while certain architectural or specialty fixtures use line voltage. The design should follow the fixture requirements, distances, voltage-drop considerations and control strategy. On large estates, long cable runs may require multiple transformers, carefully sized conductors, distributed power locations or different wiring methods.
