Regent5 joins the architect, landscape architect, builder and owner’s team early enough to coordinate conduit, trenching, transformers, dedicated circuits, device locations, network pathways, service access and control intent before those decisions are buried.

Lighting that reveals the landscape
We coordinate fixture families, transformer locations, voltage drop, zoning and scene design so the result feels intentional after dark. Platforms such as FX Luminaire, Coastal Source, Lutron, Control4, Crestron and Savant can support a unified exterior experience when specified around the project.
Audio that disappears into planting
Distributed low-volume landscape speakers and in-ground subwoofers can create even coverage without turning the garden into a collection of visible loudspeakers. Placement is coordinated with planting, grade, property lines, patios and pool areas.
Video that is present only when wanted
Outdoor displays can be integrated into cabinetry, stone and landscape architecture using weather-rated screens, retractable mechanisms, Future Automation outdoor and marine lifts, projector systems and concealed service access.
COMFORT + MOTION
Turn terraces, loggias and outdoor rooms into usable environments.
Heating, shade, lighting and airflow decisions are strongest when designed together. Regent5 coordinates heater loads and clearances, shade and screen power, wind sensors, lighting scenes and user control so an Evening, Dinner, Entertain, Pool or Goodnight scene can command the exterior space without separate remotes and disconnected systems.
On large estates, the same control architecture can extend to gates, fountains, landscape pumps, pool equipment, detached structures, driveway and arrival lighting, and property-wide networking.

The objective is a coherent exterior environment with clean architecture, reliable operation and long-term serviceability.
