We design in layers, uplighting for trees and architecture, path and step lighting for movement, wash and grazing light for texture, and we place fixtures to hide the source and show the effect, controlling glare so the light flatters the property instead of blinding the guest walking toward the door. This is where we differ from most landscape lighting companies. Landscape lighting installation is electrical work: transformer sizing and placement, low voltage runs calculated for voltage drop so the last fixture burns as brightly as the first, trenching and conduit done properly, GFCI protected circuits, and connections rated for irrigation and weather. As a C10 licensed electrical contractor we deliver the complete package as a design build outfit: the professional lighting design, the permit drawings and approvals, and the finished installation, including the line voltage supply and any panel capacity the system needs. Lighting that is installed as infrastructure lasts decades; lighting that is stabbed into the ground lasts until the first wet winter.

Yes, and most of our landscape lighting work is on established properties. Low voltage runs route around mature planting with minimal disturbance, and we coordinate with your landscaper or gardener so beds and irrigation are respected. Yes. We integrate landscape lighting into Lutron, Savant, Control4, and Crestron systems so it follows sunset schedules automatically, joins your scenes, and appears in the same app as the rest of the home. If the home has no automation yet, the landscape system is designed so it can join one later.
