Which Meraki WiFi 7 access points are current?

Does user traffic pass through the Meraki cloud?

No. Meraki uses an out-of-band cloud management architecture. Management data is exchanged with the dashboard, while normal user traffic flows directly across the LAN or WAN to its destination.

Will a Meraki network stop working if it temporarily loses cloud connectivity?

In general, Meraki hardware continues running its last known safe configuration during a temporary dashboard connectivity loss, and local client traffic can continue depending on the configured services.
