Vantage InFusion Architectural Lighting Control & Automation

Regent5 designs and programs Vantage lighting-control systems for luxury residences where architectural lighting, shades and interior design must work together. We coordinate InFusion controllers, centralized or distributed load control, premium keypads, current Vantage touchscreens, tunable light and third-party integrations.

InFusion Controller II: The Core of a Vantage Lighting System

InFusion Controller II is the current control core for complex Vantage projects, supporting wired, wireless and hybrid architecture with low-latency feedback and integration to connected subsystems. DIN and enclosure-based versions allow the control system to match the electrical design and project scale.

Vantage Lighting Control FAQs

What is Vantage InFusion?

InFusion is Vantage’s lighting and automation control platform. It coordinates controllers, keypads, load-control devices, touchscreens and supported integrations to provide low-latency whole-home lighting, shade and scene control.

What is InFusion Controller II?

InFusion Controller II is Vantage’s current high-performance controller. It supports large wired, wireless and hybrid systems and provides Ethernet connectivity, integration ports, system feedback and scalable programming.

Did Vantage replace the Equinox 41 touchscreen?

Yes. Legrand states that the EQ41TB-TI was discontinued effective June 15, 2026 and replaced by the current VC-TS43-TI 4.3-inch touchscreen running the Vantage Controls app.

What are the current Vantage touchscreen sizes?

The current Vantage Controls-app touchscreen family includes 4.3-inch portrait and 7.0-inch widescreen PoE models. Both provide access to lighting, shades, scenes, timers, tunable lighting and supported climate functions.

Can Vantage control tunable white and full-color lighting?

Yes. Current Vantage user interfaces support tunable white and full-color control, and the current DMX DALI Gateway II provides a path to digitally addressed fixture systems when the lighting design calls for it.

Can Vantage use centralized lighting panels?

Yes. Vantage supports centralized enclosure and DIN-rail load-control architectures. This is useful in new construction where lighting circuits can be home-run to serviceable panels and walls can use low-voltage keypads instead of banks of dimmers.

Can Vantage be used in an existing home or remodel?

Yes. InFusion supports wired, wireless and hybrid system designs, so remodels can combine existing infrastructure with new controls where practical. A site survey is needed before deciding what should be retained.

Can Vantage integrate motorized shades?

Yes. Vantage supports shading integrations and can coordinate shades with lighting scenes, schedules and room controls. Current manufacturer resources identify integrations such as Somfy SDN and Draper among supported options.

Can Vantage integrate HVAC or voice control?

Yes. Current Vantage partner resources include CoolAutomation for HVAC and Josh.ai for voice and smart-home interaction, along with other integration partners. Exact compatibility depends on the installed equipment.

Can an older Vantage or QLink system be upgraded?

Often yes. Vantage currently offers upgrade paths such as QLink-to-InFusion hardware, and InFusion Controller II can replace earlier controllers in compatible installations. The existing field devices and programming should be inventoried first.

Can Regent5 take over an existing Vantage lighting system?

Yes. We can document controllers, panels, loads, keypads, integrations and programming, identify discontinued components, and develop a stabilization or modernization plan.

When should Vantage lighting control be designed on a new home?

Before the electrical lighting plan is finalized. Early design lets the team coordinate panel architecture, fixture protocols, dimming loads, keypad locations, shades, emergency lighting, network connections and the intended scene logic.
