Where we work.
Regent5 designs, installs, calibrates and supports AudioControl home theater, distributed-audio and networked-audio systems across the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California, with select projects in Santa Barbara, Los Angeles and Orange County. Projects include custom homes, estates, media rooms, private cinemas, whole-home audio and outdoor entertainment, from new construction through upgrades and long-term service.
We design around AudioControl’s current home-audio platforms including Hyperion processors and amplifiers, AXIS audio-over-IP processors, Bijou compact amplifiers, Director network amplifiers and CM Series DSP amplifiers, while also servicing many legacy AudioControl systems.
Hyperion is AudioControl’s current immersive-home-cinema platform. It includes the APR-16 preamp processor and dedicated multichannel amplifiers, with modern HDMI, network-audio and room-calibration capabilities for professionally engineered theaters.
APR-16 is a 16-channel immersive sound preamp processor designed for custom theaters. It supports advanced HDMI management, balanced audio routing, Dante networking and Dirac Live calibration.
They are eARC audio-over-IP processors that extract audio from a smart display and distribute it over Dante and AES67 networks. The models support two, ten or sixteen channels for different room and system sizes.
The current Bijou family includes the 2100 stereo amplifier, 3100 three-channel amplifier and 5100D five-channel Dante-enabled amplifier. They use compact GaN amplification and HDMI eARC for localized high-performance TV and media-room audio.
Yes. Director D and M Series network amplifiers are designed for multi-zone applications and provide onboard DSP, zone grouping, network monitoring and integration with supported third-party control systems.
Yes. Director amplifiers can power many conventional outdoor zones, while the CM Series is particularly useful for high-power low-impedance or 70/100V outdoor systems with many speakers and long cable runs.
Yes. Current AXIS processors, selected Director and CM models, Bijou 5100D and Hyperion products support Dante in different roles. We design the network topology and switching environment around the complete audio system.
Many AudioControl products support professional IP or driver-based integration with major automation platforms. We verify the exact product and current driver support before programming source selection, volume, power and zone control.
Current Hyperion theater products are designed around Dirac Live compatibility, including room correction and advanced bass-management options on supported models. Calibration is performed as part of the complete speaker, subwoofer and room setup.
Yes. We can assess the existing processor, amplification, speakers, wiring, HDMI infrastructure, network and automation system, then determine which components can remain and where an upgrade provides meaningful benefit.
Yes. We provide commissioning, DSP and room calibration, control-system integration, network troubleshooting, firmware planning and long-term service for both new and existing AudioControl installations.
