Regent5 designs, installs, calibrates and supports KEF architectural, theater, whole-home and outdoor speaker systems across the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California. Select engagements extend to Santa Barbara, the Los Angeles area, and Orange County. Projects include private cinemas, listening rooms, distributed audio, indoor and outdoor entertainment and architecturally integrated systems, from construction coordination through calibration and long-term service.
Yes. The Ci-Q and other architectural families provide in-wall and in-ceiling choices for distributed music. We match model size, dispersion and amplifier power to each room rather than specifying the same speaker everywhere.
For high-end theaters and tightly designed interiors, yes. Early selection allows us to coordinate wall depth, framing, wire paths, back boxes or rough-in accessories, acoustic treatments and final grille locations. The installed subwoofer and KASA500 amplification choice depends on wall or ceiling space, room volume and required output.
Ci-Reference is best suited to dedicated private theaters and critical listening spaces where the project requires very high performance but the speakers need to be integrated into the architecture. KEF offers multiple THX-certified architectural models across Ci-Reference and Ci-R for high-output private cinema applications.
We design with KEF’s current architectural catalog, including Ci-Reference, Ci-R, Ci-Q, Extreme Home Theatre, installed subwoofers and specialty low-depth or flush-mount products, plus Ventura outdoor speakers.
It is a fair question, and the answer depends on the design. Cost follows the KEF line selected, from Ci-Q to Ci-Reference, the number of rooms and speakers, installed subwoofers and amplification, wall and ceiling conditions, and calibration. A number given without drawings or a site visit would mislead. A consultation at the Regent5 Showroom & Design Center in San Carlos is the right place to start.
Yes. We can evaluate existing KEF speakers, amplification, subwoofers, AV processing, networked sources and calibration, then repair, upgrade or reconfigure the system where practical.
