KEF loudspeaker design for private theaters, listening rooms, whole-home audio and outdoor spaces. Regent5 engineers KEF Ci-Reference, Ci-R, Ci-Q and Extreme Home Theatre architectural systems plus weather-resistant Ventura outdoor speakers.
KEF systems can span reference private cinema, architectural music, hidden bass and durable outdoor audio while maintaining a consistent engineering approach.
Reference architectural front soundstages for premium cinema and critical listening rooms.
High-output architectural LCR, surround and overhead designs for immersive private theaters.
Architectural speakers for kitchens, bedrooms, living rooms, offices and distributed music zones.
Low-depth, flush and specialty architectural options for difficult ceilings, narrow walls and design-sensitive spaces.
Architectural bass solutions coordinated with framing, placement, amplification and processor bass management.
DSP-equipped amplification for compatible KEF architectural subwoofer applications.
IP65 outdoor speakers for patios, pools, gardens, coastal homes and exterior entertainment zones.
Power, impedance, crossover and processor selection matched to the KEF speaker family and room.
Speaker locations, back cans, rough-in, grille alignment and finish details coordinated with the design and construction team.
Commissioning, room correction, bass integration, documentation and ongoing system support.
Where we work.
Regent5 designs, installs, calibrates and supports KEF architectural, theater, whole-home and outdoor speaker systems across the San Francisco Bay Area and Northern California, with project coverage extending through Santa Barbara, Los Angeles and Orange County. Projects include private cinemas, listening rooms, distributed audio, indoor and outdoor entertainment and architecturally integrated systems, from construction coordination through calibration and long-term service.
We design with KEF’s current architectural catalog, including Ci-Reference, Ci-R, Ci-Q, Extreme Home Theatre, installed subwoofers and specialty low-depth or flush-mount products, plus Ventura outdoor speakers.
Ci-Reference is best suited to premium private theaters and critical listening spaces where the project requires very high performance but the speakers need to be integrated into the architecture.
Yes. KEF offers multiple THX-certified architectural models across Ci-Reference and Ci-R, including products designed for high-output private cinema applications.
Yes. The Ci-Q and other architectural families provide in-wall and in-ceiling choices for distributed music. We match model size, dispersion and amplifier power to each room rather than specifying the same speaker everywhere.
Yes. KEF offers installed subwoofer products and dedicated amplification options for architectural bass. The exact solution depends on wall or ceiling space, room volume and required output.
KASA500 is KEF’s DSP Class-D amplifier for compatible installed subwoofer applications. It lets the system designer power and optimize architectural bass from the equipment rack.
Ventura is designed as a weather-resistant outdoor line and is IP65 certified and salt-spray tested. We still plan mounting, wire protection and exposure based on the actual site conditions.
Coverage depends on mounting height, speaker spacing, listening level and ambient noise. Ventura 6 is intended for medium-to-large outdoor listening areas, but larger properties often use multiple pairs for even coverage.
Yes. We routinely design architectural loudspeaker systems around premium AV receivers and processors, coordinating channel count, amplifier power, crossovers, subwoofers and room correction.
For high-end theaters and tightly designed interiors, yes. Early selection allows us to coordinate wall depth, framing, wire paths, back boxes or rough-in accessories, acoustic treatments and final grille locations.
Yes. We commission levels, distances, crossovers, bass management and room correction, verify the result with measurements and make adjustments around the seating layout and acoustic environment.
Yes. We can evaluate existing KEF speakers, amplification, subwoofers, AV processing, networked sources and calibration, then repair, upgrade or reconfigure the system where practical.
