Current Lumaris lighting spans 1,800K to 4,000K, offers 90+ CRI and supports flicker-free dimming down to 0.1% on supported products. It is especially useful where a project wants comfortable white-light scenes, renovation-friendly downlights or linear lighting without specifying Ketra throughout the home.
Lumaris tape light is available in tunable-white and RGB + tunable-white versions. Tunable white supports everyday warm-to-cool scenes; RGB + tunable white adds saturated color for selected bars, media rooms, displays and architectural accents. The tape is field-cuttable at supported intervals and can be paired with Lutron extrusion profiles for surface, recessed and corner details. Regent5 coordinates the tape, controller, power interface, extrusion, lens, run length and service access with the millwork before fabrication.
Lumaris is most useful when its tunable-white and tape-light capabilities are programmed into real scenes rather than treated as isolated fixtures.

Lumaris downlights include remodel and retrofit-oriented options for finished homes. Canless models are designed for finished ceilings, while retrofit models can adapt compatible existing recessed housings. That makes Lumaris useful when a renovation needs tunable white and scene control without rebuilding every ceiling. Lumaris is designed to work natively with both Lutron RadioRA 3 and HomeWorks. That gives renovation projects a path to intelligent lighting without requiring a centralized panelized architecture, while larger custom-home projects can use Lumaris inside a broader HomeWorks design. The installation still requires the correct line-voltage and low-voltage power, controllers, Clear Connect Type X coverage and accessible service locations; wireless control does not eliminate those infrastructure requirements.
Linear lighting succeeds or fails in the details: cove depth, diode visibility, extrusion profile, diffusion, viewing angle, controller capacity, power-feed length and service access. Regent5 lays out those runs before the cabinetmaker or millworker builds the recess, then coordinates power and controller locations around the actual run lengths. The goal is an even architectural glow with serviceable hardware, not a strip of visible LEDs added after the fact.
